Delivery
Free delivery to every EU country.
Delivery is free to every EU country, with no minimum order, and every parcel is tracked. How long it takes depends on the item, and each product page shows its own delivery time under the price.

If your order has both kinds of item, they arrive in separate parcels. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel leaves.
For items sent from outside the EU, the import VAT is paid by us when the parcel is declared, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
We deliver to the 27 EU member states. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and write to us within 14 days of delivery — we will replace it or refund it.
